Mailinabox – This is a magnificent script that turns your VPS in to an Email and DNS server. It has a simple control panel to configure Email and DNS settings. It also has a web interface like Gmail and Hotmail called RoundCube . This must be run on Ubuntu14.04. The Proxmox ubuntu-14.04-standard LXC template works great.
OpenVPN – Install an OpenVPN server with the NYR OpenVPN installation script on you VPS. This is very easy and useful.
Debian MATE desktop X2go server – Install a remote desktop that you can access from anywhere on the internet with the free X2go client and server.
